In the 18th minute, Marius Steinnes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ronnys Lärjungar's Ove Trillkott didn't even have to move. Stein Naas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peder Tönnberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Legia Stavanger's Markus Tømmervik slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ove Trillkott. That made the score 1-1 after 22 minutes of play. 28 minutes into the match, Emanuel Snell notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Legia Stavanger's Stein Naas. Stein Naas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stein Naas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 36th minute Ronny Skott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stein Naas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Snell in the 37th minute of play forced Legia Stavanger's goalkeeper Stein Naas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Zebastian Larsfält reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stein Naas. The goal made the score 1-6. 67 minutes into the match, Legia Stavanger's goalkeeper Stein Naas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Snell. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peder Tönnberg got free with Stein Naas in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Christer Botten fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Legia Stavanger's protests and gave Christer Botten a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Legia Stavanger got a freekick which was hit by Christer Botten. With an all-out effort, Ronnys Lärjungar's Stein Naas threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emanuel Snell, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Legia Stavanger's Stein Naas got control of the ball when Ronny Skott tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stein Naas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Skott in the 89th minute of the match.
