Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Myroslav Akymenko started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Svajūnas Božys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Lytvynchuk in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Artur Lytvynchuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ruh Lviv fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. FC Ruh Lviv's Myroslav Akymenko got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Artur Lytvynchuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ruh Lviv's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Lytvynchuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Svajūnas Božys breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Illja Klochko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Ruh Lviv fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when FC Ruh Lviv's Myroslav Akymenko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Svajūnas Božys came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ruh Lviv's Myroslav Akymenko. But to his dismay, Myroslav Akymenko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When FC Ruh Lviv's Danylo Bandera in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Savage Hippo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 38th minute, Myroslav Akymenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Svajūnas Božys was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. A collision led to FC Ruh Lviv getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Illja Klochko hit a great ball. FC Ruh Lviv's Danylo Bandera got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredas Klenkys made a kick off. Svajūnas Božys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Myroslav Akymenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Svajūnas Božys made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danylo Bandera in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Savage Hippo's Svajūnas Božys got control of the ball when Danylo Bandera tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute, Pavlo Paraschiy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Svajūnas Božys. The goal made the score 0-5. If Myroslav Akymenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Pavlo Paraschiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danylo Bandera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Svajūnas Božys made a huge save. In the 79th minute, Illja Klochko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Savage Hippo's Svajūnas Božys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Myroslav Akymenko in the 83rd minute of play. When Pavlo Paraschiy came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the FC Ruh Lviv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavlo Paraschiy couldn't finish the play. Myroslav Akymenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Svajūnas Božys was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pavlo Paraschiy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 89 minute of play. Svajūnas Božys made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Danylo Bandera sent off a good shot on target. FC Ruh Lviv's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
