Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) After 21 minutes of play, Protegéerna's Roy Bennet made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Ekaitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Georg Vallin managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when KoLiber's Benedykt Trzemzalski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fulgencio Ekaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes KoLiber's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olof Löfkvist who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Protegéerna's corner Olof Löfkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fulgencio Ekaitz quite easily take care of the ball. Georg Vallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Trzemzalski in the 41st minute of play. After 44 minutes, Ziemowit Owsiak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KoLiber and the Protegéerna players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fulgencio Ekaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Bennet in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 58th match minute, Protegéerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Lekberg to maneuver through the defense. Benedykt Trzemzalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fredrik Billberg kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Protegéerna's Roy Bennet ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fulgencio Ekaitz. Fulgencio Ekaitz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. When Roy Bennet came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Protegéerna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roy Bennet couldn't finish the play. Georg Vallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Andryszyn in the 77th minute of the match. Roy Bennet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute Roy Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Ekaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Protegéerna defense, Benedykt Trzemzalski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georg Vallin. The Protegéerna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georg Vallin should have stopped the shot. Fulgencio Ekaitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Skark's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Bo-Erik Springfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Ekaitz having to interfere. Radomil Andryszyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Vallin having to interfere. Rikard Lindgren charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rikard Lindgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
