After 18 minutes, Rolando Ottonello made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. KoLiber's Fulgencio Ekaitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Daniel Jung sped through KoLiber's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fulgencio Ekaitz. The audience was convinced that Daniel Jung's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Ekaitz was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. With a left leg Fulgencio Ekaitz saved KoLiber from getting behind. 42 minutes into the game, Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's Eike Schmidt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fulgencio Ekaitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. When Eike Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Sc Ajax Hirtenberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eike Schmidt couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedykt Trzemzalski was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's Eike Schmidt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fulgencio Ekaitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The audience was convinced that Eike Schmidt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Ekaitz was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Rolando Ottonello hit a great ball. Benedykt Trzemzalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, KoLiber's goalkeeper Fulgencio Ekaitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eike Schmidt. KoLiber's Fulgencio Ekaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save KoLiber from getting a goal against them. Fulgencio Ekaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eike Schmidt in the 72nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eike Schmidt in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulgencio Ekaitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Rolando Ottonello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Ekaitz was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. With his leg Fulgencio Ekaitz managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's Rolando Ottonello fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sc Ajax Hirtenberg made a substitution. Philipp Kruck replaced Eike Schmidt. After 81 minutes KoLiber's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ruben Tepper who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of KoLiber's goalie and right to Daniel Jung. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. KoLiber's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 85th minute, Rolando Ottonello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's Philipp Kruck ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fulgencio Ekaitz. Fulgencio Ekaitz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. After some careless play in the KoLiber defense, Philipp Kruck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Ekaitz. The KoLiber fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Ekaitz should have stopped the shot.
