Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Myroslav Akymenko kicked off to start the match. FC Ruh Lviv were furious when Danylo Lobanovsjkyi was red carded, 4 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, Tornadele Siret's Iustin Iorda got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Andriy Trubin. Tornadele Siret's Petre Vătăşel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danylo Bandera in the 8th minute of play. Petre Vătăşel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vyacheslav Androsenko in the 13th minute of play. Pavlo Paraschiy kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. When Artem Zborovskyi fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ruh Lviv's protests and gave Artem Zborovskyi a yellow card for diving instead. Artem Zborovskyi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Tornadele Siret's Sergiu Răţescu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Andriy Trubin but with some difficulty. Pavlo Paraschiy kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to Tornadele Siret getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Iustin Iorda hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Illja Klochko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Illja Klochko hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Danylo Bandera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Petre Vătăşel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iustin Iorda made a kick off. Petre Vătăşel was a little too slow when Pavlo Paraschiy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 1-1. If Danylo Bandera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Danylo Bandera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Petre Vătăşel. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. Artem Zborovskyi might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Petre Vătăşel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artem Zborovskyi ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danylo Bandera got free with Petre Vătăşel in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alin Mutu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th play minute Danylo Bandera came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Petre Vătăşel. 1-3. Danylo Bandera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petre Vătăşel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavlo Paraschiy in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, Tornadele Siret's Petre Vătăşel got control of the ball when Artem Zborovskyi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 89 minutes, Pavlo Paraschiy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ruh Lviv's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pavlo Paraschiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd match minute, FC Ruh Lviv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavlo Paraschiy to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes, Tornadele Siret's Ioan Culcer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andriy Trubin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tornadele Siret reached it. A collision led to Tornadele Siret getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Nicolae Manafu hit a great ball. Illja Klochko kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. FC Ruh Lviv's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
