If Nemesio Emeterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 booed when Sacando del Medio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Barrionuevo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Luisito Raebert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Vermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sacando del Medio were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orlando Elija was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sacando del Medio's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Elija came free, but Baldomiro Acevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, David Rey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Barbosa charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Barbosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sacando del Medio's Jorge Barbosa got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sacando del Medio's zone, Orlando Elija stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomiro Acevedo came out of the goal and Orlando Elija tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the match, Sacando del Medio's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Mogel came free, but Baldomiro Acevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Sacando del Medio to win.
