In the 8th minute Augusto Vieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Rawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Firmani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Chan Clet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Arrigo Capone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Michalis Kapetanos made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Gonzo Style f.c's Alvise Pezzi. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chan Clet to make the kick off. When Alvise Pezzi fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gonzo Style f.c's protests and gave Alvise Pezzi a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Gonzo Style f.c got a freekick which was hit by Alvise Pezzi. Chan Clet who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Arrigo Capone when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Chan Clet did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Arrigo Capone 54 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chan Clet in the 56th minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Arrigo Capone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonzo Style f.c's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Chan Clet scored to the left of an out of position Arrigo Capone, making the score, 0-5. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Arrigo Capone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Green Horses getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Odysseas Terzis hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstantinos Kostoulas in the 67th minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Arrigo Capone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrigo Capone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Kostoulas, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The goalkeeper, Arrigo Capone, was totally fooled by Green Horses's Thanos Psarros, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Gonzo Style f.c from getting a goal against them. Thanos Psarros made a great header on Green Horses's corner, it was just that Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone managed to reach the ball for a save. After 76 minutes, Thanos Psarros made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Green Horses were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Gonzo Style f.c's much stronger midfield.
