The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jan Grubb charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Grubb the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th match minute, Terra Scaniae was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Grubb to maneuver through the defense. When Oscar Näfver came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Terra Scaniae fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Näfver couldn't finish the play. Oscar Näfver kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Khodadad Khan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leobardo Abajas in the 12th minute. Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lesardo Abello in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lesardo Abello in the 17th minute of play forced Terra Scaniae's goalkeeper Khodadad Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Terra Scaniae's goalkeeper Khodadad Khan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Pablo Magallanes. Juan Pablo Magallanes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Khodadad Khan made a huge save. When Kent Gunnarsson came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Terra Scaniae fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kent Gunnarsson couldn't finish the play. Khodadad Khan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leobardo Abajas went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Khodadad Khan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leobardo Abajas in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Juan Pablo Magallanes made a precise shot to the right of Khodadad Khan. Terra Scaniae's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Khodadad Khan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leobardo Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leobardo Abajas in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khodadad Khan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Favila Abalos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Khodadad Khan made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Staffan Fribäck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tanio Abeita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Gunnarsson in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Fernando Arismendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khodadad Khan having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Leobardo Abajas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khodadad Khan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 62 minutes into the match, La Mandarina Mecánica's goalkeeper Tanio Abeita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Näfver. 65 minutes into the game, Leobardo Abajas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Khodadad Khan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Gunnarsson in the 68th minute of play forced La Mandarina Mecánica's goalkeeper Tanio Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Mandarina Mecánica's goalkeeper Tanio Abeita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Khodadad Khan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ostadar Abellaneda in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Frans Hedling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lesardo Abello in the 75th minute of play forced Terra Scaniae's goalkeeper Khodadad Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Pablo Magallanes in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute Oscar Näfver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanio Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Juan Pablo Magallanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Sendoa Aballe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Mandarina Mecánica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pello Abechuco in the 88th minute of play forced Terra Scaniae's goalkeeper Khodadad Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khodadad Khan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lesardo Abello in the 91st minute of the match. After having played for 93 minutes, Oscar Näfver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terra Scaniae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Näfver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pello Abechuco during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pello Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Anders Lingren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tanio Abeita. La Mandarina Mecánica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee ended the match the La Mandarina Mecánica players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
