Tristram Kerfoot charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tristram Kerfoot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oscar Näfver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jude Bonham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barr Point's goalkeeper Jude Bonham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute Terra Scaniae were awarded a corner. Anders Lingren went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Terra Scaniae's Edvin Gregersson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Kent Gunnarsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jude Bonham came out and tried to block the shot, but Kent Gunnarsson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Den Newland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Oscar Näfver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Den Newland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khodadad Khan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Barr Point booed when Terra Scaniae was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olle Jonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jude Bonham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anders Lingren in the 30th minute. Jude Bonham made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Frans Hedling sent off a good shot on target. Barr Point's Tristram Kerfoot got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Tristram Kerfoot off the ground. Barr Point's Jude Bonham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Gunnarsson in the 36th minute of play. Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Jordan in the 39th minute of play. Joacim Wennerqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match Jamal Dobson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khodadad Khan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Staffan Fribäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Khodadad Khan made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Jordan in the 55th minute. Khodadad Khan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Den Newland in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, William Jordan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Khodadad Khan. William Jordan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Khodadad Khan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Den Newland showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 63 minute of play. In the 68th minute Kent Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jude Bonham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. William Jordans short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Khodadad Khan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Bowler got free with Khodadad Khan in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Den Newland in the 71st minute of play forced Terra Scaniae's goalkeeper Khodadad Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Jordan in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Khodadad Khan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jude Bonham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Näfver, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 79 played minutes Terra Scaniae got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Fribäck. 82 minutes into the match, Terra Scaniae's goalkeeper Khodadad Khan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by William Jordan. If Den Newland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Jordan in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Khodadad Khan saved Terra Scaniae from getting behind. When Terra Scaniae's Kent Gunnarsson in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barr Point's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 97 minutes, Oscar Näfver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terra Scaniae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Näfver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Terra Scaniae supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barr Point's performance. The match ended with a win for Barr Point.
