In the 37thth minute of the game Paulão Diniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BELAJ BOYS's Vincent Granström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturalp Yenal in the 43rd minute of play forced Jabaquara SC's goalkeeper Niyazi Derim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fábio Arce's late challenge caught a BELAJ BOYS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
