Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vicente Abaunza kicked off to start the match. A collision led to The Gunners getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Stig Norström hit a great ball. Zacarias Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Wallin having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pontus Berglund in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Quintyn saved Regresado from getting behind. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Regresado's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benjamin Tunander was slow to take the kick. During this time The Gunners's players had a chance to rest. Benjamin Tunander made a great header on The Gunners's corner, it was just that Regresado's Leonides Quintyn managed to reach the ball for a save. Vicente Abaunza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19thth minute of the game Benjamin Tunander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Regresado's Leonides Quintyn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dennis Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Cebrian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zacarias Escobar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, The Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Öberg to maneuver through the defense. The Gunners's Dennis Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Abaunza in the 27th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pontus Berglund made a kick off. Leonides Quintyn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mark Blixt charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mark Blixt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, The Gunners's Mark Blixt got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 60 played minutes, Regresado's Segundo Bidun shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dennis Wallin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Regresado reached it. Regresado's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Benjamin Tunander 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Dennis Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The referee ignored Regresado's protests and gave Vicente Abaunza a yellow card for diving instead. Vicente Abaunza hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Pontus Berglund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Vicente Abaunza hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Pontus Berglund put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Leonides Quintyn. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pontus Berglund got free with Leonides Quintyn in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Regresado's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Tunander came free, but Leonides Quintyn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Regresado's Leonides Quintyn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Regresado from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute, Pontus Berglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pontus Berglund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Leonides Quintyn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. The Gunners walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
