The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulão Diniz during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Jabaquara SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulão Diniz to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Göran Rudkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Viberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulão Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Elg's late challenge caught a Jabaquara SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Elg helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 minutes of play, Jabaquara SC's Paulão Diniz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Viberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulinho Fenomeno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stefan Viberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Paulão Diniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gnisvärd bk's Stefan Viberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulão Diniz might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Viberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulão Diniz ran back to his position shaking his head. Stefan Viberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulão Diniz in the 34th minute of play. In the 39th minute Jabaquara SC were awarded a corner. Diego Mourato went to the cornerflag to take it. Jabaquara SC's Diego Mourato was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stefan Viberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 40 played minutes Gnisvärd bk got a freekick which was hit by Roy Ahlbom. Stefan Viberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulão Diniz's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Jabaquara SC's Paulinho Fenomeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stefan Viberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 48th minute of the match Diego Mourato sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stefan Viberg skillfully saved the ball.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulão Diniz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paulão Dinizs short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Stefan Viberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Paulão Diniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Stefan Viberg made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulão Diniz in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Viberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the match, Gnisvärd bk's goal looked a bit too open when Paulinho Fenomeno came free, but Stefan Viberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulão Diniz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Stefan Viberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Paulão Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Stefan Viberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Jabaquara SC's Stefan Viberg threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulinho Fenomeno, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Paulão Diniz in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stefan Viberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Georg Ennegren fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gnisvärd bk's protests and gave Georg Ennegren a yellow card for diving instead. Georg Ennegren kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Stefan Viberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 64th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fábio Arce. 66 minutes into the game, Paulinho Fenomeno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Stefan Viberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulinho Fenomeno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stefan Viberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jabaquara SC's Paulinho Fenomeno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stefan Viberg. That made the score 0-4 after 78 minutes of play. Paulinho Fenomeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jabaquara SC's Paulinho Fenomeno saw an opening behind the goalie Stefan Viberg in the 84thth minute and tried to shoot past into the top right corner, but with great reflexes Stefan Viberg with one arm managed to save the shot in the last secound. Paulão Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Stefan Viberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Viberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Fenomeno in the 89th minute of play. Paulinho Fenomeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Viberg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Gnisvärd bk's zone, Paulinho Fenomeno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Viberg came out of the goal and Paulinho Fenomeno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulão Diniz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Stefan Viberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andreas Elg was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Gnisvärd bk getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Andreas Elg hit a great ball. Stefan Viberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Diego Mourato.
