Göran Wickander took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boruc Zdrojowy. Boruc Zdrojowy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Karlsson in the 31st minute of play forced Expedition Lubin's goalkeeper Boruc Zdrojowy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boruc Zdrojowy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 89 minutes into the match, Expedition Lubin's goalkeeper Boruc Zdrojowy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Göran Wickander. Expedition Lubin's Boruc Zdrojowy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Karlsson in the 91st minute of play. Fredrik Karlsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Boruc Zdrojowy made a huge save. Göran Wickander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Zdrojowy having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robin Nordström got free with Boruc Zdrojowy in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pauliström played a much better game than Expedition Lubin and deserved their victory. The Expedition Lubin players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
