Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hortêncio Linhares took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Hortêncio Linhares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Masters United F.C.'s Artemio Cristofor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Masters United F.C.'s Artemio Cristofor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Linhares in the 5th minute of play. Felix Ramond blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Basílio Maranhense having to make a save. Hortêncio Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Cristofor having to interfere. When Hortêncio Linhares came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the INTER FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hortêncio Linhares couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Mandi Oca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artemio Cristofor. Masters United F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mandi Oca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 33rd minute Emerson Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Cristofor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emerson Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Cristofor having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Masters United F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Lertxun. Paulo Ralondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Léo Trigo charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Léo Trigo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to INTER FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Léo Trigo hit a great ball. Mauro Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Gregorio Clementi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Masters United F.C. and the INTER FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Masters United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Clementi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Masters United F.C.'s zone, Ricardinho Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Cristofor came out of the goal and Ricardinho Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Ralondo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, INTER FC's Léo Trigo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 52 played minutes, Masters United F.C.'s Virgilio Elija shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basílio Maranhense came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Masters United F.C. reached it. After some careless play in the INTER FC defense, Jonathan Rodas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basílio Maranhense. The INTER FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basílio Maranhense should have stopped the shot. INTER FC's Mandi Oca got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute Virgilio Elija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hortêncio Linhares came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the INTER FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hortêncio Linhares couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the match, Hortêncio Linhares dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Artemio Cristofor, 1-2. In the 76th minute, Léo Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Rodas scored 2-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basílio Maranhense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Basílio Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Ralondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mandi Oca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Emerson Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. INTER FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emerson Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Cristofor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Masters United F.C.'s zone, Léo Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Cristofor came out of the goal and Léo Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The INTER FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Masters United F.C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
