Spectators: 7464 (Terracing: 5599, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Inge Forsell kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Myggenäs IFK's Conny Mattsson got control of the ball when Inge Forsell tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Tolsson during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fusk&Bygg AB's Hugo Tolsson got a free kick in the 13th minute. Johannes Dalkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ove Alströmmer's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Johannes Dalkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magne Wickander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fusk&Bygg AB's Claes Gråberg got a free kick in the 17th minute. Arvid Mellin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fusk&Bygg AB's Johannes Dalkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magne Wickander in the 20th minute of play. Conny Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klas Finman in the 28th minute of play. Stellan Nyman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Dalkvist having to interfere. A collision led to Fusk&Bygg AB getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Yngve Hegg hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Fusk&Bygg AB defense, Ove Alströmmer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johannes Dalkvist. The Fusk&Bygg AB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johannes Dalkvist should have stopped the shot. Myggenäs IFK's Conny Mattsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Myggenäs IFK from getting a goal against them. Conny Mattsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klas Finman in the 40th minute. When Kristian Björnsson came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Myggenäs IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristian Björnsson couldn't finish the play. Conny Mattsson was a little too slow when Inge Forsell got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ove Alströmmer to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Myggenäs IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Forsell came free, but Conny Mattsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johannes Dalkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ove Alströmmer in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute Klas Finman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conny Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conny Mattsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yngve Hegg, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Fusk&Bygg AB walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
