Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Alves in the 28th minute of play. Fernado Mendivil's late challenge caught a DALO S.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernado Mendivil helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Balkes FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Fernado Mendivil hit a great ball. After 29 minutes, Reimundo Nobajas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balkes FC and the DALO S.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Reimundo Nobajas kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Manolo Uquillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xamo Viladrosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Uquillas in the 36th minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norberto Trespuentes to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Uquillas in the 56th minute of play forced Balkes FC's goalkeeper Xamo Viladrosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, Balkes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernado Mendivil to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, DALO S.C.'s Xamo Viladrosa threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Norberto Trespuentes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Xamo Viladrosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xamo Viladrosa made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Loco Alves sent off a good shot on target. Xamo Viladrosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Uquillas in the 66th minute of play. Zacarias Sambrano hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Raúl Mauleon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xamo Viladrosa. That made the score 0-8 in the 69 minute of play. With a little luck, Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa got control of the ball when Loco Alves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xamo Viladrosa made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Peter Aceituno sent off a good shot on target. When Iván Sotomayor fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balkes FC's protests and gave Iván Sotomayor a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Balkes FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Iván Sotomayor hit a great ball. Xamo Viladrosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loco Alves in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 played minutes Balkes FC got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Sambrano. DALO S.C.'s Urritz Martiniana shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Xamo Viladrosa but with some difficulty. In the 90th minute, Loco Alves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xamo Viladrosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. Xamo Viladrosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Loco Alves in the 93rd minute. Balkes FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Peter Aceituno scored to the left of an out of position Xamo Viladrosa, making the score, 0-12. Zacarias Sambrano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 98 minutes into the match. The referee gave DALO S.C. a penalty, 100 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Urritz Martiniana, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa. 0-13. DALO S.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
