He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Locura Académica's Damian Senon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Locura Académica from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Pascual Paio made the kick off in the second half. Damian Senon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Norström, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Rickard Söderberg kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Pelle Prat made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jussi Björling however managed to control. In the 87th minute, Otto Norström made a precise shot to the right of Damian Senon. Locura Académica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 93 played minutes Locura Académica got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Stephen. Stig Busk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Domingues in the 95th minute of the match. Locura Académica's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
