After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basilio Eufemio made a kick off. Valery Cardeñosa charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valery Cardeñosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ospin Dominguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carmelo Olano's late challenge caught a Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Olano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- booed when Parque Europa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Olano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sílvio Ramalho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ospin Dominguez. Parque Europa FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Parque Europa FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Higinio Vega hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes Parque Europa FC got a freekick which was hit by Guilabertus De la Torre. Guilabertus De la Torre kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Almeida in the 95th minute of play forced Parque Europa FC's goalkeeper Ospin Dominguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
