Cristobal Iyan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Galnares's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Parque Europa FC's Valery Cardeñosa got a free kick in the 40th minute. During the 45th minute of the match Basilio Eufemio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Basilio Eufemio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Domenec to make the kick off. Parque Europa FC's Fabricio Valverde got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The coaching staff of Parque Europa FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Unai Teruel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Tierra del Fuego FC booed when Parque Europa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unai Teruel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesus Poncio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Cristobal Iyan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Galnares in the 68th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Parque Europa FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Valverde. Luis Galnares got in the 79th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Cristobal Iyan handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 83rd match minute, Parque Europa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilabertus De la Torre to maneuver through the defense. Cordairo Torrente scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristobal Iyan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Parque Europa FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
