The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes Airetupal EXC got a freekick which was hit by Demesio Limpias. After 6 played minutes, Plebeyos's Primitivo Eguen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Miguel Calero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Plebeyos reached it. Miguel Calero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Vistruario in the 7th minute of play. Matro Beyzania's late challenge caught a Plebeyos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matro Beyzania helped the player get up and apologised. Plebeyos's Damaso Truylos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emesto Villarreal in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Airetupal EXC's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Grabiel came free, but Miguel Calero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Calero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Eguen in the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Plebeyos booed when Airetupal EXC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Castel Espino didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Reinaldo Briceño came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Airetupal EXC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinaldo Briceño couldn't finish the play. Damaso Truylos had great luck who in the 25thth minute grab hold of the ball when Emesto Villarreal from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 27 minutes into the match, Airetupal EXC's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Eguen came free, but Miguel Calero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Emesto Villarreal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damaso Truylos. Plebeyos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emesto Villarreal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 35 played minutes Airetupal EXC got a freekick which was hit by Petri Arberas. Airetupal EXC's Miguel Calero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Eguen in the 36th minute of play. Damaso Truylos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emesto Villarreal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Rambert in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Calero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Castel Espino charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Castel Espino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Airetupal EXC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Castel Espino hit a great ball. Plebeyos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Primitivo Eguen in the 47th minute. The corner led to Plebeyos's Pablo Rotcher getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emesto Villarreal was the one to do the kick off. Primitivo Eguen kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute Zernin Mendivil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Truylos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Airetupal EXC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Primitivo Eguen was slow to take the kick. During this time Plebeyos's players had a chance to rest. Primitivo Eguen made a great header on Plebeyos's corner, it was just that Airetupal EXC's Miguel Calero managed to reach the ball for a save. Natalio Tirso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Miguel Calero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Demesio Limpias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Airetupal EXC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Plebeyos the free kick. Demesio Limpias kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Airetupal EXC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Arozamena to maneuver through the defense. Plebeyos's Godfredo Omero was substituted for Romulo Grabiel. After a rather tough play, Airetupal EXC's Edgard Arozamena got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Plebeyos were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Airetupal EXC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Primitivo Eguen took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Primitivo Eguen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Miguel Calero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Plebeyos's Damaso Truylos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matro Beyzania in the 88th minute of play. Damaso Truylos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zernin Mendivil went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Many of Plebeyos's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Plebeyos may have spent more time on the ball, but Airetupal EXC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
