The supporters of Riesgo Cero booed when Atletico Aragua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Madaleno Salvatierra didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Rolado came free, but Boni Arregui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Marcos Charro fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riesgo Cero's protests and gave Marcos Charro a yellow card for diving instead. With his leg Benedicto Sugoi managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Atletico Aragua FC's Blas Terres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Benedicto Sugoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigio Cerezo in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute Blas Terres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Sugoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Blas Terres took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Benedicto Sugoi to make any attempt to save it. Benedicto Sugoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Cerezo in the 22nd minute of the match. When Cordarin Alberete fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 25thth minute of the game Marcos Charro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Aragua FC's Boni Arregui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Benedicto Sugoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remigio Cerezo. After 28 played minutes Riesgo Cero got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Rolado. Remigio Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Benedicto Sugoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boni Arregui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Tartalo in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Charro in the 45th minute of play forced Atletico Aragua FC's goalkeeper Boni Arregui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boni Arregui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Tartalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The long shot by Claudio Egoi in the 51st minute really tested Boni Arregui's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Boni Arregui made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Marcos Charro sent off a good shot on target. Boni Arregui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Charro in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Terres in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedicto Sugoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Charro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Boni Arregui when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Charro in the 84th minute of play forced Atletico Aragua FC's goalkeeper Boni Arregui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Riesgo Cero's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Terres came free, but Benedicto Sugoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 89 played minutes Riesgo Cero got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Tartalo. Blas Terres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Sugoi having to interfere. Atletico Aragua FC's Boni Arregui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Charro in the 96th minute of play.
