In the 2nd match minute, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Marchiș to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Narcis Cozorici, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Eugen Butuc made a precise shot to the right of Célio Machado. Capivara FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Célio Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Butuc, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 25 minutes, Petruț Duca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- and the Capivara FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Petruț Duca got a free kick in the 25th minute. Narcis Cozorici made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvaldo Leal in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute Marius Cucerdean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Capivara FC booed when White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Cucerdean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Amauri Sampaio could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Narcis Cozorici however easily saved by the left post. In the 37th minute, Eugen Butuc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Célio Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Butuc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Capivara FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-:s goal. Ivan Mereuță shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When Petruț Duca was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 54 minutes had been played. Petruț Duca kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugen Butuc in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Célio Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 72 played minutes Capivara FC got a freekick which was hit by Guto Bastos. When Marius Cucerdean came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marius Cucerdean couldn't finish the play. Dorival Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Narcis Cozorici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
