Teddy Winter was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enkelejd Hazgani made a kick off. Russell Dunning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shane Brindley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enkelejd Hazgani in the 57th minute of play. Polonia Division's Menti Progo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ed Beckham in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goal looked a bit too open when Enkelejd Hazgani came free, but Shane Brindley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Ledi Karafili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Barney Garner fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Menti Progo, passed just outside the right post. Anton Grabocka hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Enkelejd Hazgani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shane Brindley was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. If Fatos Turshinka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th match minute, Juventus Telford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Deacon to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Polonia Division booed when Juventus Telford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Morning didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Juventus Telford walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
