In the 37th minute, Navarro Abancens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 44 minutes, George Baraboi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IGloopoL's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Baraboi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudinei Abancens during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Navarro Abancens made a kick off. Olav Pepeldzhiyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Navarro Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. IGloopoL's Olav Pepeldzhiyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Abar in the 60th minute of play. After some careless play in the Chuquisaca defense, Napoleon Tuliszewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Abadia. The Chuquisaca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Abadia should have stopped the shot. Mikolas Abaunza hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Chuquisaca booed when IGloopoL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Tuliszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the IGloopoL players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chuquisaca.
