Dolcet Bevia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Baldomiro Elequemedo. After a defensive mix-up in Alianza Trujillo's zone, Leandro Argi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ximenes Barnechea came out of the goal and Leandro Argi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clemente Min received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ximenes Barnechea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, Alianza Trujillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rius Vivar to maneuver through the defense. Ximenes Barnechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Argi in the 60th minute of the match.
