Spectators: 7514 (Terracing: 5636, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Sixto Vincent started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, ADM Taquaras's Duarte Senna got a free kick in the 4th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Saturnino Gergori recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rubinho Abreu. Saturnino Gergori showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After some careless play in the El Millo de Haedo defense, Dorival Fontes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Eusko. The El Millo de Haedo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Eusko should have stopped the shot. Sixto Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rubinho Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duarte Senna during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, ADM Taquaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Senna to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ADM Taquaras getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Edinho Gomes hit a great ball. Rubinho Abreu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicolas Azubeli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 28 minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, El Millo de Haedo's Sixto Vincent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rubinho Abreu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dorival Fontes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Sixto Vincent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rubinho Abreu was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. After some careless play in the ADM Taquaras defense, Sixto Vincent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rubinho Abreu. The ADM Taquaras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rubinho Abreu should have stopped the shot. Uriel Isusko took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rubinho Abreu. Rubinho Abreu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Rubinho Abreu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71 played minutes ADM Taquaras got a freekick which was hit by Edinho Gomes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Gergori in the 74th minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Rubinho Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixto Vincent kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Dorival Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gustavo Eusko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rubinho Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Gergori, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Vincent in the 82nd minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Rubinho Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubinho Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Vincent, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Sixto Vincent scored 9-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rubinho Abreu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that El Millo de Haedo were the better team. El Millo de Haedo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
