Kurdistan CF's Erland Spetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Dănănae in the 22nd minute of play. After 25 played minutes Kurdistan CF got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Kolberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Dănănae in the 27th minute of play forced Kurdistan CF's goalkeeper Erland Spetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erland Spetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Ciocâltea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Jan-Åke Kolberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kurdistan CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC TraLaLa the free kick. In the 36th minute, Jan-Åke Kolberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Kaj Holm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurdistan CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaj Holm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcu Tărbac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, FC TraLaLa's Marcu Tărbac got control of the ball when Karl-Ove Sandström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan-Åke Kolberg was shown his second yellow card after 47 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 48th minute, Jan-Åke Kolberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nichifor Crașovan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Kurdistan CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Kämpe to maneuver through the defense. Marcu Tărbac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xalbador Sparke in the 64th minute of the match. Erland Spetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Leucuța, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Ove Sandström in the 72nd minute of play forced FC TraLaLa's goalkeeper Marcu Tărbac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcu Tărbac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xalbador Sparke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octav Cismaș kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Albert Dănănae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
