Spectators: 7366 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. John Kämpe started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, John Kämpe put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Håkan Botvidsson. The supporters of Kurdistan CF booed when IFK Kik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fritz Ugla didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Kämpe had several of the IFK Kik's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 8 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Håkan Botvidsson as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Kurdistan CF getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gustav Engström hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Kurdistan CF were awarded a corner. Xalbador Sparke went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Kurdistan CF's corner Kaj Holm fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Håkan Botvidsson quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xalbador Sparke got free with Håkan Botvidsson in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by IFK Kik's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xalbador Sparke was slow to take the kick. During this time Kurdistan CF's players had a chance to rest. Erland Spetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludwig Överman, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of IFK Kik booed when Kurdistan CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Kämpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Kurdistan CF's goal looked a bit too open when Sixten Lund came free, but Erland Spetz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. IFK Kik's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alf Svartengren in the 26th minute. The corner led IFK Kik's Ludwig Överman to a score. 2-1 in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Gustav Engström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Håkan Botvidsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John Kämpe in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Håkan Botvidsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Håkan Botvidsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Kämpe's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, John Kämpe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Håkan Botvidsson. IFK Kik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John Kämpe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 40th minute Sixten Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erland Spetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixten Lund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Erland Spetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sixten Lund to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes IFK Kik got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Överman. The supporters of Kurdistan CF booed when IFK Kik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fritz Ugla didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Kämpe took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Håkan Botvidsson. Håkan Botvidsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Kurdistan CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xalbador Sparke in the 57th minute. Kennet Skålberg was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Kurdistan CF's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Sixten Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Kik's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixten Lund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erland Spetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. John Kämpe struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Håkan Botvidsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kurdistan CF. After having played for 64 minutes, Xalbador Sparke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kurdistan CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xalbador Sparke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the game, Sixten Lund lined in a short shot 4-2 behind a frustrated Erland Spetz. Erland Spetz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sixten Lund in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute of the match Alf Svartengren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erland Spetz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Fabian Axelsson fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK Kik's protests and gave Fabian Axelsson a yellow card for diving instead. John Kämpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Håkan Botvidsson having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Erland Spetz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Kämpe in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Håkan Botvidsson saved IFK Kik from getting behind. Kurdistan CF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of IFK Kik for a fine match.
