With an all-out effort, JKs Talanger's Filipe Semedo threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ragnar Fribäck, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. JKs Talanger's Matthias Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Santana in the 13th minute of play. Östen Gustavsson's late challenge caught a GD JULIO DINIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Östen Gustavsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, JKs Talanger's Östen Gustavsson got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th match minute, GD JULIO DINIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Aleixo to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, GD JULIO DINIS's Martinho Rios nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matthias Fransson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregório Carvalhal in the 28th minute of play forced JKs Talanger's goalkeeper Matthias Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ragnar Fribäck might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filipe Semedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claes Arenstedt hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Martinho Rios notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of JKs Talanger's Matthias Fransson. Matthias Fransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martinho Rios to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to GD JULIO DINIS getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Paulo Aleixo hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Villiam Lägdin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on JKs Talanger's corner Villiam Lägdin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Filipe Semedo quite easily take care of the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Martinho Rios dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matthias Fransson, 0-6. With a little luck, JKs Talanger's Matthias Fransson got control of the ball when Martinho Rios tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matthias Fransson made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Óscar Júdice sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Óscar Júdice got free with Matthias Fransson in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the match, JKs Talanger's goal looked a bit too open when Martinho Rios came free, but Matthias Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, GD JULIO DINIS's Martinho Rios made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthias Fransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded GD JULIO DINIS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than JKs Talanger.
