Armin Mameli came out of the goal and Issa Bado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pieter-Jan Rummens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Armin Mameli came out and tried to block the shot, but Pieter-Jan Rummens slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Pieter-Jan Rummens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Mameli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Pieter-Jan Rummens made a precise shot to the right of Armin Mameli. ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, Pieter-Jan Rummens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armin Mameli. ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pieter-Jan Rummens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 37 minutes into the game, Amerigo Gelsomini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Antonio Claeys was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Pieter-Jan Rummens came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Ouagadougou National fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pieter-Jan Rummens couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The throw-in from Dennis Marulli in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Ouagadougou National's Jeremie Sterkx. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter-Jan Rummens in the 55th minute of play forced ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s goalkeeper Armin Mameli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armin Mameli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Issa Bado, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pieter-Jan Rummens in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armin Mameli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute Issa Bado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Mameli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Amerigo Gelsomini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Antonio Claeys was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 87th match minute, ❤GinchanelManu13❤ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Didi Gattoni to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's Issa Bado broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Comunardo Baur's late challenge caught a FC Ouagadougou National's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Comunardo Baur helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute Pieter-Jan Rummens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Mameli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Ferruccio Lucentini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Ouagadougou National fully deserved thier win.
