Placido Maties hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Fernan Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Tomás Tajo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edelmiro Garcia was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Matthew in the 36th minute of play forced Golden Generation's goalkeeper Edelmiro Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edelmiro Garcia came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Bairoletto FC's Dante Matthew. But to his dismay, Dante Matthew quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Edelmiro Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Millrick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Bairoletto FC were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Alfonso Olivar made the kick off in the second half. Pascual Demario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Olivar, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Edelmiro Garcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clodoveo Lauro in the 56th minute. In the 57th match minute, Golden Generation was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Llorenc to maneuver through the defense. Golden Generation's Edelmiro Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Generation from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the game, Federico Quinten was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Generation's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bairoletto FC the free kick. After 62 played minutes Golden Generation got a freekick which was hit by Federico Quinten. 67 minutes into the game, Bairoletto FC's Jonatan Millrick nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edelmiro Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 0-7 became the score in the 73rd minute when Clodoveo Lauro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jonatan Millrick was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jonatan Millrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Garcia having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clodoveo Lauro got free with Edelmiro Garcia in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the match, Placido Maties had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edelmiro Garcia. Golden Generation's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Maties was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8.
