After 24 played minutes FC Saubrigues got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Guignard. The FF Små Gröna Män fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when FF Små Gröna Män's Dick Hagberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dick Hagberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žydrūnas Danielius having to interfere. After 39 minutes, Dick Hagberg made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. FC Saubrigues's Žydrūnas Danielius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Žydrūnas Danielius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Dick Hagberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Jan Larsson notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FC Saubrigues's Žydrūnas Danielius. Žydrūnas Danielius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan Larsson made a kick off. Jan-Åke Nordlander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francis Ponchel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Jan Larsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FF Små Gröna Män fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. 83 minutes into the game, Dick Hagberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Žydrūnas Danielius. Dick Hagberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. When the match was over FF Små Gröna Män could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Saubrigues throughout the match.
