If Juvenal Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Adrien Cariou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 20 played minutes FC Saubrigues got a freekick which was hit by Hamza Loaëc. After 22nd play minutes Wesley Couto shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Žydrūnas Danielius and just under the crossbar into goal. After 26 played minutes FC Saubrigues got a freekick which was hit by Hamza Loaëc. Dagoberto Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. FC Saubrigues's Žydrūnas Danielius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Couto in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, S O B E R A N O CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Ponchel came free, but Cesinha Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francis Ponchel was the one to do the kick off. Wesley Couto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Žydrūnas Danielius made a huge save. After 56 minutes, Hamza Loaëc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Saubrigues and the S O B E R A N O CIMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of S O B E R A N O CIMZ booed when FC Saubrigues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamza Loaëc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesinha Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francis Ponchel in the 59th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Wesley Couto put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Žydrūnas Danielius. Adilson Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesinha Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francis Ponchel, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Dagoberto Nogueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S O B E R A N O CIMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Saubrigues the free kick. Cesinha Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francis Ponchel in the 78th minute of play. Thiago Soberano's late challenge caught a FC Saubrigues's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thiago Soberano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Saubrigues booed when S O B E R A N O CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago Soberano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hamza Loaëc missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 81 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Cesinha Cerezo right hand side. When Morgan Guignard fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Saubrigues's protests and gave Morgan Guignard a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Saubrigues getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Morgan Guignard hit a great ball. When Dagoberto Nogueira was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. Dagoberto Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th match minute, S O B E R A N O CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Falcão to maneuver through the defense. David Kröger struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Žydrūnas Danielius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S O B E R A N O CIMZ. S O B E R A N O CIMZ's Cesinha Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jules Cointe in the 94th minute of play. Cesinha Cerezo came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Saubrigues's Adrien Cariou. But to his dismay, Adrien Cariou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. S O B E R A N O CIMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
