The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Warteczka's Zbyszko Basaik got control of the ball when Marcel Carioca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredo Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slawomir Wawak in the 7th minute of play. When Cyryl Solak came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Warteczka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cyryl Solak couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slawomir Wawak, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Lino Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Zbyszko Basaik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Rapinantes F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Solak came free, but Alfredo Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Diniz in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbyszko Basaik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute Gaizka Ponce De Leon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyryl Adamczak in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Pedro Rossi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyryl Solak in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Rapinantes F.C. defense, Gaizka Ponce De Leon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredo Couto. The Rapinantes F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Couto should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Couto was a little too slow when Gaizka Ponce De Leon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-4. Slawomir Wawak took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Couto. Alfredo Couto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Alfredo Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Witkowski in the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Wawak in the 84th minute of play forced Rapinantes F.C.'s goalkeeper Alfredo Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rapinantes F.C.'s Alfredo Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Wawak in the 86th minute of play. Cyryl Adamczaks short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Alfredo Couto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alfredo Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slawomir Wawak in the 89th minute of play. Alfredo Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaizka Ponce De Leon in the 92nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Slawomir Wawak got free with Alfredo Couto in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cyryl Adamczak came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alfredo Couto could save by the left post. When the final whistle sounded Warteczka left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rapinantes F.C..
