Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dudu Soares started the match with the kick off. In the 11th minute, Compugraf's Dudu Soares ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gino Brito. Gino Brito yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Gino Brito had in the 21stth minute some difficulties stopping Kléberson Lara's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Dudu Soares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gino Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Soares in the 27th minute of play forced Bezerros EC's goalkeeper Gino Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Bezerros EC's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Soares came free, but Gino Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Compugraf's Frank Sergipano got a free kick in the 37th minute. A collision led to Bezerros EC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Edinho Corrêa hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Caetano Proença managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Luiz Quadros made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Compugraf's Luís Guilherme Sampaio.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Corrêa to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Bezerros EC's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Soares came free, but Gino Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Veiga in the 52nd minute of play forced Bezerros EC's goalkeeper Gino Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Compugraf booed when Bezerros EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bezerros EC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Luiz Quadros hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Dudu Soares sped through Bezerros EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gino Brito. 69 minutes into the match, Dudu Soares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gino Brito. Bezerros EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dudu Soares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After some careless play in the Bezerros EC defense, Dudu Soares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gino Brito. The Bezerros EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gino Brito should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Bezerros EC's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Soares came free, but Gino Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, Compugraf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Sergipano to maneuver through the defense. Compugraf's Chico Fernandez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Compugraf from getting a goal against them. Gino Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chico Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Corrêa in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Compugraf players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
