The supporters of Acilia Town booed when Cestarolli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute, Emerson Lira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cestarolli FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Acilia Town's Camillo Sciotto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Acilia Town from getting a goal against them. Flávio Gomes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camillo Sciotto having to make a save. In the 69th minute of the match Júlio Souza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camillo Sciotto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Laércio de Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Pietrangelo in the 73rd minute of play. Laércio de Almeida came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Acilia Town's Cesare Pietrangelo. But to his dismay, Cesare Pietrangelo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Laércio de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Emerson Lira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Acilia Town getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Enrico Testi hit a great ball. Camillo Sciotto made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Emerson Lira sent off a good shot on target.
