After a rather tough play, Club Olimpia's Perico Porregimon got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 7 minutes into the match, Club Olimpia's goalkeeper Cordeal Pantojas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aírton Toledo. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Natanael Cunha with Flávio Gomes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Aírton Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cordeal Pantojas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eliazar Salantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cordeal Pantojas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aírton Toledo in the 24th minute. In the 29th minute of the game William Proença made a throw-in which Flávio Gomes played forward. A collision led to Cestarolli FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Neno Cestarolli hit a great ball. Perico Porregimon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laércio de Almeida. Cestarolli FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Laércio de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cebo Morejon, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute.

Club Olimpia made a substitution. Cordarrol Tama replaced Cebo Morejon. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flávio Gomes was the one to do the kick off. Club Olimpia's Cordeal Pantojas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio Gomes in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Eliazar Salantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Flávio Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Cestarolli FC's Sidney Fantini seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sidney Fantini the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cestarolli FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sidney Fantini had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 68 played minutes Cestarolli FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidney Fantini. 74 minutes into the match, Club Olimpia's goal looked a bit too open when Flávio Gomes came free, but Cordeal Pantojas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laércio de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordarrol Tama, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cordarrol Tama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cestarolli FC's Neno Cestarolli got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute of the match Perico Porregimon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laércio de Almeida skillfully saved the ball. Aírton Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordeal Pantojas having to interfere.
