Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) Wolves Academy's Nichifor Hurezan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's zone, Costel Mutu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaroslaw Wojno came out of the goal and Costel Mutu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Wolves Academy fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Wolves Academy's Nichifor Hurezan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 11thth minute of the game Nichifor Hurezan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Jaroslaw Wojno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aleksander Gdowik came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emilian Stoiculescu could save by the left post. After 14 played minutes Wolves Academy got a freekick which was hit by Traian Trandafir. 16 minutes into the game, one of Wolves Academy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 23 minutes into the game, Wolves Academy's Sergiu Manciulea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaroslaw Wojno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Ziemowit Gendolla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emilian Stoiculescu. That made the score 2-2 in the 27 minute of play. In the 36th minute, LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Aleksander Gdowik dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. Ziemowit Gendolla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Emilian Stoiculescu made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Zatorski in the 42nd minute of play forced Wolves Academy's goalkeeper Emilian Stoiculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Ziemowit Gendolla ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emilian Stoiculescu. Emilian Stoiculescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ziemowit Gendolla made a kick off. Ziemowit Gendolla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rdth minute of the game Aleksander Gdowik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wolves Academy's Emilian Stoiculescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Wolves Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Ziemowit Gendolla came free, but Emilian Stoiculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 58 minutes, Costel Mutu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolves Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costel Mutu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gabriel Logofătu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergiu Manciulea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Wojno having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Aleksander Gdowik notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Wolves Academy's Emilian Stoiculescu. Emilian Stoiculescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th minute Aleksander Gdowik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilian Stoiculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Voiculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 75th minute Ziemowit Gendolla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilian Stoiculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilian Stoiculescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Lagiewniki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaroslaw Wojno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Logofătu in the 79th minute. After 83 minutes of play, LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Aleksander Gdowik made it 7-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilian Stoiculescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ziemowit Gendolla struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Emilian Stoiculescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LIRA ELBLĄG SSA. Wolves Academy's Emilian Stoiculescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Lagiewniki in the 87th minute of play. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Wolves Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aleksander Gdowik took the corner. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Julian Bubczyk was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emilian Stoiculescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ziemowit Gendolla charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ziemowit Gendolla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Wolves Academy booed when LIRA ELBLĄG SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ziemowit Gendolla didn't get a good kick on the ball.
