COURO COME FC's José Maria Pontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save COURO COME FC from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, GARIBALDI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruninho Rodrigues came free, but Conrado Eder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, COURO COME FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Hourani came free, but José Maria Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nildo Pereira in the 26th minute of play forced GARIBALDI FC's goalkeeper Conrado Eder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Maria Pontes came out of the goal and Ruperto Quirze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dedê Koehler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. José Maria Pontes came out and tried to block the shot, but Dedê Koehler slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 38th minute. Alberto Stanislao hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Bruninho Rodrigues took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Conrado Eder. GARIBALDI FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The GARIBALDI FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. COURO COME FC were winning 1-2.
The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Neiva during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute of the match, Duarte Mineiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Conrado Eder saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 91st minute, Ruperto Quirze ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Maria Pontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. GARIBALDI FC's Conrado Eder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Ortiz in the 94th minute of play. GARIBALDI FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
