In the 8th minute of the match Benicio Gustau sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Maria Pontes skillfully saved the ball. Terapia Intensiva's Severo Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Mineiro in the 10th minute of play. José Maria Pontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benicio Gustau's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. A hard shot 13 in the game by Nildo Pereira from a close distance when the talented Severo Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Terapia Intensiva's players were relieved. José Maria Pontes came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Terapia Intensiva's Tobias Truylos. But to his dismay, Tobias Truylos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Bruno Montez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Terapia Intensiva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave COURO COME FC the free kick. In the 17th minute, Bruno Montez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Severo Navarro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nildo Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Severo Navarro made a huge save. The supporters of COURO COME FC booed when Terapia Intensiva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Gustau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severo Navarro was a little too slow when Duarte Mineiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Túlio Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Navarro having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Tobias Truylos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Pontes. COURO COME FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tobias Truylos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in COURO COME FC's zone, Agustin Nuxila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Maria Pontes came out of the goal and Agustin Nuxila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Maria Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Nuxila in the 34th minute of the match. José Maria Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Fernanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. José Maria Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Truylos in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's Deivid Ortiz got a free kick in the 42nd minute. José Maria Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Nuxila, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Nildo Pereira struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Severo Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for COURO COME FC. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nildo Pereira to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Truylos in the 52nd minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper José Maria Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Terapia Intensiva getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Benicio Gustau hit a great ball. José Maria Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Gustau in the 58th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benicio Gustau got free with José Maria Pontes in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Nuxila in the 65th minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper José Maria Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Maria Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Truylos in the 68th minute of play. Severo Navarro came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by COURO COME FC's Duarte Mineiro. But to his dismay, Duarte Mineiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Neiva during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes COURO COME FC got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Neiva. In the 79th minute, Álvaro Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Tobias Truylos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving José Maria Pontes. That made the score 2-3 in the 85 minute of play. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's Túlio Arantes got a free kick in the 94th minute. Lorenzo Fernanco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Terapia Intensiva supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Terapia Intensiva would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
