Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Tuttle in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, El Canalla de Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clark Lindsey to maneuver through the defense. Bart Villanueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimir Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Clark Lindsey 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Ademar Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lazaro Ragsdale in the 13th minute of the match. After 27 minutes, Martin Tuttle made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Clark Lindsey might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ademar Leme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clark Lindsey ran back to his position shaking his head. Ademar Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clark Lindsey, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40thth minute of the game Martin Tuttle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clark Lindsey in the 41st minute of play forced Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper Ademar Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jardim Botânico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Martin Tuttle scored to the left of an out of position Ademar Leme, making the score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, El Canalla de Chicago's Tanner Booker got a free kick in the 45th minute. Brock Burke hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute of the match Marquinhos Dracena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bart Villanueva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimir Almeida was the one to do the kick off. After 57 played minutes Jardim Botânico got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo de Castro. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Clark Lindsey put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ademar Leme. Martin Tuttle might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ademar Leme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Tuttle ran back to his position shaking his head. 70 minutes into the game, Ruy Dante was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jardim Botânico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Canalla de Chicago the free kick. A collision led to Jardim Botânico getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ruy Dante hit a great ball. When Clark Lindsey came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the El Canalla de Chicago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clark Lindsey couldn't finish the play. During the 81st minute of the match Ruy Dante completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ruy Dante a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 81st match minute, Jardim Botânico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruy Dante to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper Ademar Leme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Jardim Botânico's Anderson Teles got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Martin Tuttle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ademar Leme having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clark Lindsey in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. El Canalla de Chicago's Bart Villanueva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save El Canalla de Chicago from getting a goal against them. Clark Lindsey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Tuttle in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clark Lindsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ademar Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. El Canalla de Chicago had played much better football throughout.
