Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Maurilio Catrileo kicked off to start the match. Paulo Figueiredo charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Figueiredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Belo Academy's Paulo Figueiredo got a free kick in the 6th minute. The supporters of Manuel Rodríguez 1186 booed when Belo Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vágner Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Vágner Sergipano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alexandre Marrodan, 2-0. 27 minutes into the game, Breno Rodrigues was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belo Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manuel Rodríguez 1186 the free kick. After 27 played minutes Belo Academy got a freekick which was hit by Breno Rodrigues. Paulo Renato Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Topocho Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vágner Sergipano in the 34th minute of play forced Manuel Rodríguez 1186's goalkeeper Alexandre Marrodan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Manuel Rodríguez 1186's zone, Paulo Figueiredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Marrodan came out of the goal and Paulo Figueiredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Bairon Borja put in a rough tackle. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Geovanni Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belo Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovanni Linhares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Marrodan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Vágner Sergipano made the kick off in the second half. Manuel Rodríguez 1186's Ondino Mioño got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After recieving a nice pass, Manuel Rodríguez 1186's Topocho Villa tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Vágner Sergipano made a precise shot to the right of Alexandre Marrodan. Manuel Rodríguez 1186's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 63 minutes into the match, Belo Academy's Geovanni Linhares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexandre Marrodan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexandre Marrodan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Leal in the 69th minute of play. Paulo Renato Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeraldo Manns in the 70th minute of the match. Jeraldo Manns received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Paulo Renato Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Marrodan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubens Félix in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute Paulo Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Marrodan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vágner Sergipano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ondino Mioño in the 81st minute of play forced Belo Academy's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Renato Dracena made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Topocho Villa sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Renato Dracena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Topocho Villa in the 85th minute. Alexandre Marrodan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubens Félix in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Belo Academy's Vágner Sergipano got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
