The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cléber Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas de Amaral in the 9th minute of play. Douglas de Amaral in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cléber Arantes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cléber Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas de Amaral in the 12th minute of the match. Reynaldo Travassos scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Vianna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Júlio Sá's late challenge caught a H4K.BR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Júlio Sá helped the player get up and apologised. Júlio Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Reynaldo Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Vianna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Vianna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Travassos went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Reynaldo Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Douglas de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jardel Coutinho's late challenge caught a Gurdurão's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jardel Coutinho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Jardel Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Bernardinho Medeiros made the kick off in the second half. When Narciso Donatello fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gurdurão's protests and gave Narciso Donatello a yellow card for diving instead. Narciso Donatello hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes, Bernardinho Medeiros made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Gurdurão's Wilson Vianna tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 67 played minutes Gurdurão got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Santos. Cléber Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepe Giliamsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 79th minute, Bernardinho Medeiros made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Vianna. Gurdurão's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The crowd rose to their feet as H4K.BR's Bernardinho Medeiros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilson Vianna. That made the score 1-6 after 81 minutes of play. Reynaldo Travassos charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Travassos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, H4K.BR's Reynaldo Travassos got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute, Naldo Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Douglas de Amaral notched a goal, 2-6, to the right of H4K.BR's Cléber Arantes. Cléber Arantes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Reynaldo Travassos managed to get in a good position for a shot. H4K.BR's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Travassos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Vianna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reynaldo Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Medeiros in the 99th minute of play forced Gurdurão's goalkeeper Wilson Vianna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of H4K.BR were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Gurdurão side.
