The supporters of Werneck FC - DMZ booed when Bandeirinha AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Ruy Favoretto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Werneck FC - DMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Werneck FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Coutinho came free, but Gilson Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mário Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
