When Celedonio Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the ALPUJARRAS LIBRE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Duarte couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ilie Brumaru got control of the ball when Celedonio Duarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of ALPUJARRAS LIBRE booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petruț Dugulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Salomon Gonzáles got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the FC Cosula-BTF- defense, Herminio Abajas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilie Brumaru. The FC Cosula-BTF- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilie Brumaru should have stopped the shot. Ilie Brumaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Abajas in the 14th minute of the match. Ilie Brumaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Abajas in the 16th minute of play. Rogelio Rajoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olimpiu Teodorescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Cosula-BTF-'s goalkeeper Ilie Brumaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ilie Brumaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salomon Gonzáles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Mitruț hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Cosula-BTF-'s zone, Sabino Alabern stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilie Brumaru came out of the goal and Sabino Alabern tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabino Alabern during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute Salomon Gonzáles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Brumaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th match minute, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Abajas to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ALPUJARRAS LIBRE getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Eusebio Sobrado hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olimpiu Teodorescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, FC Cosula-BTF-'s goal looked a bit too open when Josepe Puyol came free, but Ilie Brumaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Cosula-BTF- getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gheorghe Chițan hit a great ball. Ilie Brumaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Abajas in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Celedonio Duarte notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ilie Brumaru. Ilie Brumaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 64 played minutes ALPUJARRAS LIBRE got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Cienfuegos. Celedonio Duarte charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celedonio Duarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th minute, Salomon Gonzáles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilie Brumaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Ilie Brumaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salomon Gonzáles, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ilie Brumaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Abajas in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE had won after a very even match.
