After 24 minutes, Ziemowit Zyskowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rega Merida CF and the Limburg United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ziemowit Zyskowski hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The supporters of Limburg United booed when Rega Merida CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franciszek Andrysiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julius Vanneste made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Ziemowit Zyskowski sent off a good shot on target. Limburg United's Julius Vanneste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Flis in the 37th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Ziemowit Zyskowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julius Vanneste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Limburg United's Yves Schollens slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hieronim Rekowski. That made the score 1-6 after 65 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Du Sausois in the 69th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Hieronim Rekowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rega Merida CF's Kajetan Paciuszko was substituted for Ziemowit Zyskowski. Igor Flis charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Igor Flis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Debecker got free with Hieronim Rekowski in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hieronim Rekowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Schollens in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Paciuszko came free, but Julius Vanneste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walery Fleszar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 94 minutes, Kajetan Paciuszko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rega Merida CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kajetan Paciuszko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julius Vanneste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajetan Paciuszko in the 97th minute of play.
