But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doncho Tzvetkov couldn't finish the play. Naum Mentov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Cantagallo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fc Molina di Quosa's Alessio Manzo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vaklin Zhablyanov to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Alessio Manzo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alessandro Cantagallo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naum Mentov in the 58th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Laziali fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Alessandro Cantagallo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fc Molina di Quosa getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Arturo Di Iorio hit a great ball. Alessandro Cantagallo was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Doncho Tzvetkov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Doncho Tzvetkov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1.
