Hieronim Rekowski made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Douglas Debecker sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Rega Merida CF's Hieronim Rekowski got control of the ball when Douglas Debecker tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cyryl Sienkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cyryl Sienkowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Rega Merida CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyryl Sienkowski to maneuver through the defense. Julius Vanneste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziemowit Zyskowski in the 24th minute of the match. Hieronim Rekowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Toeback in the 26th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Toeback came free, but Hieronim Rekowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Zyskowski in the 27th minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Julius Vanneste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfred Jazowski charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Jazowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Rega Merida CF's Alfred Jazowski got a free kick in the 34th minute. Rega Merida CF's Hieronim Rekowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Schollens in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Gilbert Lodowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes, Limburg United's Douglas Debecker shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hieronim Rekowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Limburg United reached it. Cyryl Sienkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match, Kris Deckkers tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hieronim Rekowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 42 minutes into the match, Douglas Debecker notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Rega Merida CF's Hieronim Rekowski. Hieronim Rekowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Limburg United defense, Timo Werner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julius Vanneste. The Limburg United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julius Vanneste should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Philip Toeback stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rega Merida CF's Hieronim Rekowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kris Deckkers in the 54th minute of play. Ziemowit Zyskowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Julius Vanneste made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Timo Werner came free, but Julius Vanneste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Douglas Debecker fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Limburg United's protests and gave Douglas Debecker a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Limburg United's Douglas Debecker got a free kick in the 65th minute. When Timo Werner came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Rega Merida CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timo Werner couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Yves Schollens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hieronim Rekowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Kajetan Paciuszko came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julius Vanneste could save by the left post. Gilbert Lodowy charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilbert Lodowy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilbert Lodowy hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Alfred Jazowski was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rega Merida CF! In the 79th minute there was a penalty for Limburg United. Douglas Debecker stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hieronim Rekowski. 3-1. Timo Werner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hieronim Rekowski came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Limburg United's Yves Schollens. But to his dismay, Yves Schollens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Hieronim Rekowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yves Schollens went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Hieronim Rekowski came out of the goal in the 99th minute to try and stop a shot by Limburg United's Kris Deckkers. But to his dismay, Kris Deckkers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Limburg United fully deserved thier win.
