With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nilson Dracena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kalidou Van Dijck took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilson Dracena. Nilson Dracena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Nilson Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalidou Van Dijck, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The supporters of MagicTeam booed when SE Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Décio Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes SE Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Didi Ramos. Nilson Dracena was a little too slow when Kalidou Van Dijck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

After 54 minutes, Tjorven Imbereghs made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nilson Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kalidou Van Dijck in the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Kalidou Van Dijck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When MagicTeam's Kalidou Van Dijck, in the 81st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for MagicTeam. 84 minutes into the game, MagicTeam's Kalidou Van Dijck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilson Dracena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. MagicTeam's Kalidou Van Dijck pulled a muscle in his back after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 90 minutes into the game, Jano do Vale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SE Palmeiras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MagicTeam the free kick. MagicTeam's Jarne Portmans was substituted for Kalidou Van Dijck.
