The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 42 played minutes Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Serrano. In the 46th minute, Hortensia FCG's Boleslaw Charlap ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Angelo Guerra. Angelo Guerra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1.
With a little luck, Hortensia FCG's Aristides Orzaize got control of the ball when Igor Dulce tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 56 played minutes Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. got a freekick which was hit by Arnau Campoamor. 57 minutes into the match, Dave Lorenzi notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s Angelo Guerra. Angelo Guerra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aristides Orzaize didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Archibaldo Ponce went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Manolo Candamil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aristides Orzaize. Hortensia FCG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Angelo Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Lorenzi in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Lorenzi in the 72nd minute of play forced Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s goalkeeper Angelo Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Guerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boleslaw Charlap in the 73rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. defense, Dave Lorenzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Guerra. The Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Guerra should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Aristides Orzaize successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sten Harlén took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Guerra. Angelo Guerra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Angelo Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Otsoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Lorenzi in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s Arnau Campoamor got a free kick in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hortensia FCG.
